Dr Patrik Ho is a Psychiatrist with extensive experience across inpatient and outpatient mental health settings, including acute care, Aboriginal health, and adolescent drug and alcohol rehabilitation. He supports individuals across the lifespan.

He completed his medical degree at Monash University and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP), holding an Advanced Certificate in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Patrik is also an accredited Principal Supervisor, actively involved in the training and supervision of psychiatry trainees.

Patrik has a particular interest in working with complex and high-needs presentations, including:
-
ADHD with emotional dysregulation
-
Autism spectrum conditions with co-occurring anxiety or mood difficulties
-
Trauma and attachment-related challenges
-
High-risk adolescents and families under significant strain
-
Neurodivergent burnout in both young people and adults

His approach is structured and developmentally informed, combining comprehensive assessment with relational depth. Patrik integrates evidence-based medication management with psychosocial strategies, ensuring treatment plans are thoughtful, individualised, and responsive to each person’s broader context.

He works closely with families from the first session, and values collaboration with schools, psychologists, medical specialists, and disability support networks to support meaningful and sustainable outcomes.

Patrik is committed to creating a safe and respectful space where individuals and families feel seen, heard, and understood, particularly when navigating complexity, risk, or prolonged periods of distress.
